At 10:25 AM EST we began receiving outbound call failure reports from some customers. These were not specific to any one core or set of customers. Our carrier identified the offending call route and made the necessary changes at 10:31 AM EST. Outbound calls began completing at that time. Inbound calls were not affected during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
